Anastacia has had an interest in foods and particularly plant foods with the interaction of the body. She found that the Plaskett International College, based in the UK, offered studies aligned to her interest. After she received her Diploma in Nutrition, she achieved her Diploma in Nutritional Medicine in 2007. Then she gained her Diploma in Iridology and Diploma in Slimming Consultancy the following year.

Throughout the years she has had a concomitant interest in Astrology and has pursued that field. She does and has applied Astrology in her work and finds that personalised birth charts may assist in the more suitable treatment for patients by providing insight into why and how of symptoms and problems.

 

She has written for several regional newspapers and presently writes a weekly health column and bi-monthly horoscope for a regional newspaper in the Eastern Cape. In addition she writes as a freelance journalist. She has written a children’s story titled An Owl’s Knowledge and published by Red Path Publications.

She consults part time to provide programmes for improved well-being and health, and to assist in holistic treatments. The issue of holistic health holds a priority in her work and she uses the diet and supplements to assist with healthier living.

This website is about healthy living and how we may be enforcing that, individualism is highly relevant and it’s imperative that readers have fulfilling lifestyles to fit into their needs as much as possible.

She has since become the Student Support Manager of the Plaskett International College in South Africa. That constant search for optimum balance requires constant adjustment as needs alter. She lives in East London in the Eastern Cape of South Africa and she is registered with the Natural Healers Association.
